Rotor Heavy duty rotor 8.5" shaft, 4" x 8" backing bar 80 mm bearing, 45 degree feed chute.
	Wedge Lock 38lb. wedges lock the blow bars into the rotor. Absolutely positive!
	Feed Entry The impactor has a 45 degree feed chute with replicable liners.
	Blow Bars 700lb. bars. The blow bar casting has a 2.5" locking surface that provides positive setting in the backing bar.
	Rotor Shoe Lock The rotor shoes lock the wedge in place and provide wear protection on the rotor surface.
	Curtain Liners All curtain liners are interchangeable. Same size simplifies customers parts needs.

Illustration of How impact Crusher runs When the materials fall down into the feed mouth of the impact crusher, the roller will drove them to the togged plate with a very high speed. The large materials will become small ones. When the small ones fall down to the roller, they will be crushed onto the togged plate once again. They will get smaller, and fall down at the bottom of the impact crusher. There the big materials become small, then they get smaller in the seconds round.
